An orange sun slides down and beyond the hinterland horizon as the moody ocean crashes and fizzes onto the damp white sand, reflecting the vivid hues of a golden sunset in Mooloolaba on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
The region is lined with pristine beaches that hug the blue ocean, bending into headlands of greenery that bustle with wildlife. People tread the wet sand on evening strolls surrounded by a salty mist exhaled by the breaking waves as wispy trees that line the dunes sing in the wind offering the perfect soundtrack for tranquillity.
It’s a stunning part of the world.
The below footage and photos are taken from the Southern point of Mooloolaba Beach before it meets Point Cartwright. From here you can look in either direction north or south along the coast providing superb 18o degree ocean views.
